Currently, the conveying equipment developed by our company can achieve a maximum capacity of 2,000 tons per hour (t/h), which can meet the demands of the vast majority of customers. The equipment includes air-cushion conveyors, single-idler belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and so on, as well as supporting ship loading and unloading equipment.
We can develop customized system solutions based on the wharf conditions and functional requirements of customers, including general layout planning and system process flow design.
All wharf equipment and silos are designed with considerations to minimize grain breakage. Belt-type equipment is preferred, and silos are equipped with grain breakage reduction devices.
All silo and equipment are selected with the residue-free operation in mind. Elevators feature self-cleaning base structures, belt conveyors incorporate self-cleaning head and tail structures, and scraper conveyors is designed with self-cleaning function.
Given the diversity of grain varieties at ports and wharves, it is crucial to prevent grain mixing in silos. Key considerations are given to the silo-top equipment options and process layout.

Primarily used for the rapid loading, unloading, transferring, and storage management of grains, it forms an air-film support between the conveyor belt and the trough through high-pressure air, reducing wear on traditional carrier rollers and enhancing conveying efficiency.
