Highlights of the plan

Glucose Syrup/Maltose Syrup
Glucose Syrup/Maltose Syrup

Through the advanced double enzyme production process, starch as the raw material is treated by the following processes such as the liquefaction, saccharification, filtration, decolorization and ion exchange to yield qualified sugar solutions. These solutions are then subjected to multi-effect falling-film evaporation to achieve the desired concentration, resulting in finished syrups. The production line is equipped with an advanced intelligent Distributed Control System (DCS) that enables online adjustment of pH, precise dosing of enzyme preparations, and automatic control of various process parameters. The entire production line system can be started and stopped with a single button as required by the customer. The integrated design of liquefaction and evaporation ensures the fully utilization of the heat source from liquefaction flash evaporation, reducing steam consumption.

Fructose-Glucose Syrup
Fructose-Glucose Syrup

Through the advanced double enzyme production process, starch as the raw material is treated by the following processes such as liquefaction, saccharification, filtration, decolorization, ion exchange, evaporation, isomerization, F42 decolorization, F42 ion exchange, F42 evaporation, chromatographic separation, F55 decolorization, F55 mixed bed treatment, and F55 evaporation to produce finished fructose-glucose syrup. The production line is equipped an advanced intelligent DCS that automatically controls various process parameters. The entire production line system can be started and stopped with a single button as required by the customers.

Crystalline Glucose
Crystalline Glucose

Through the advanced double enzyme production process, starch as the raw material is treated by the following processes such as liquefaction, saccharification, filtration, decolorization, ion exchange, evaporation, cooling crystallization, separation, and drying to produce monohydrate crystalline glucose. After crystallization, the sugar is redissolved, followed by evaporation, crystallization, separation, and drying to produce anhydrous glucose. The production line is equipped with the advanced intelligent DCS that automatically controls various process parameters. The entire production line system can be started and stopped with a single button as required by the customers. As an important raw material in the food industry, crystalline glucose is widely used in candy manufacturing, beverage processing, and vegetable preservation.

Crystalline Fructose

Through the advanced double enzyme production process, starch as the raw material is treated by the following processes such as the liquefaction, saccharification, filtration, decolorization, ion exchange, evaporation, isomerization, F42 decolorization, F42 ion exchange, F42 evaporation, chromatographic separation, evaporation, cooling crystallization, separation, and drying to produce crystalline fructose. The production line is equipped with an advanced intelligent DCS that automatically controls various process parameters. The entire production line system can be started and stopped with a single button as required by the customers.

Maltodextrin
Maltodextrin

Through the advanced enzyme production process, starch as the raw material is treated by the following processes such as the liquefaction, filtration, decolorization, ion exchange, evaporation, and drying to produce maltodextrin with a DE (Dextrose Equivalent) value controllable between 10 and 25. The production line is equipped with an advanced intelligent DCS that automatically controls various process parameters. The entire production line system can be started and stopped with a single button as required by the customer. Applications: It is widely used in industries such as beverages, frozen foods, confectionery, cereals, dairy products, and health supplements, and can also be applied in textiles, daily chemicals, and pharmaceutical production.
